Mr. Wang Changtian (王長田) is a non-executive Director and the Chairman of the Company and the chairman of Tianjin Maoyan Weying since July 2016. Mr. Wang also holds directorships and senior management positions in companies across various industries. In the media industry, Mr. Wang has served as the chairman and general manager of Enlight Media since April 2000, and held directorships at its various subsidiaries, including Beijing Enlight Pictures Co., Ltd. (北京光線影業有限公司) (“Enlight Pictures”) and Horgos Colorful (Enlight) Pictures Co., Ltd. (霍爾果斯彩條屋影業有限公司) (“Colorful Pictures”) since October 2004 and July 2015, respectively; and in the finance sector, Mr. Wang has served as a director of China Renaissance Securities (China) Co., Ltd. (華興證券有限公司) and Beijing Zhongguancun Bank Co., Ltd. (北京中關村銀行股份有限公司) since August 2016 and June 2017, respectively.

Mr. Wang received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Fudan University (復旦大學) in Shanghai, the PRC in July 1988.
